ERDI Website Terms of Use
Effective: 25 July 2026 · Version 2026-07
1. Purpose of this website
erdicn.com provides product discovery, engineering education and a way to request technical and commercial review. Website content does not replace the controlled quotation, proforma invoice, datasheet, drawing, interface document, test plan or contract issued for a specific product revision.
2. ERDI-owned content
Unless a source is identified, the website's original text, information architecture, page composition, ERDI graphics, engineering visualizations, product briefs and software are owned by or licensed to ERDI TECH LTD. ERDI names, marks and domain identity may not be used to suggest endorsement, affiliation or product origin without written permission.
3. Permitted use
Customers may view, link to and download expressly offered technical material for internal product evaluation and procurement. Short quotations may be used where legally permitted when ERDI and the original page URL are clearly attributed.
4. Prohibited copying and automated extraction
Without ERDI's prior written permission, users may not reproduce substantial parts of the site, mirror its product database, remove rights or provenance notices, republish ERDI visuals as their own, or use automated extraction to create a competing catalogue, commercial dataset or model-training corpus. This clause does not restrict uses that applicable law does not allow ERDI to prohibit.
5. Media and engineering visualization
Images are labelled according to their role where practical. Engineering visualizations, CAD renders and configuration illustrations explain architecture or product selection and are not presented as product or factory photographs. Controlled mechanical drawings and current sample evidence govern final integration.
6. Standards and third-party sources
Standard numbers and external research links are provided for responsible engineering reference. Their owners retain their rights. A reference does not mean ERDI reproduces the controlled standard, holds a certification, or guarantees that one edition applies to every product, country or host system.
7. Product and commercial accuracy
ERDI works to keep information accurate, but products and documents can change by revision. Range, safety, environmental and performance statements must be read with their stated test conditions. Price, availability, export review, delivery and warranty become binding only in the applicable approved commercial documents.
8. Reporting misuse or requesting permission
To report impersonation, copied material or incorrect attribution, or to request a content licence, contact sales@erdicn.com with the page URL, evidence and requested use.
These operational terms should be reviewed with qualified counsel for the markets in which ERDI enforces or licenses its rights.
