This does not make a final solely automated decision about a person. A team member must review outreach, quotations, payment actions, compliance decisions and email before they are sent or approved.

6. Sharing and payment processing

ERDI does not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized ERDI staff and service providers needed for hosting, security, business email, payment, delivery or legal/compliance work. If you use a PingPong-hosted payment experience, PingPong processes payment credentials under its own notices; ERDI should receive only transaction references, status and limited reconciliation data, not full card details.

Website and CRM records are kept in an ERDI-controlled Hostinger environment with access controls, backups and audit logging. Global business operations can involve access or processing in another country. ERDI applies contractual, technical and organizational safeguards required by applicable law and minimizes what is shared.

8. Retention

Inquiry and correspondence records are normally kept while a business relationship is active and for up to five years after the last substantive interaction. Contract, accounting, customs, export-control, dispute or security records may be kept longer when required by law or a documented business need. Data is then deleted or de-identified where practical.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, an explanation of processing, withdrawal of consent or objection to direct marketing.
