ERDI Website Privacy Policy
Effective: 1 September 2026 · Version 2026-09
1. Who controls your information
ERDI TECH LTD is responsible for personal information collected through erdicn.com. Contact: sales@erdicn.com, +86 28 8107 6698, No. 23, Zhaoyang Road, Xihe Street, Longquanyi District, Chengdu 610107, China.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, work email, company, country or region, product interest, quantity, application and technical requirements you provide. With analytics consent, we also record minimized first-party events such as pages viewed, referral and campaign fields. We do not store raw IP addresses or raw browser user-agent strings in website analytics.
When you begin an eligible direct checkout, before ERDI redirects you to PayPal, ERDI collects the recipient name, telephone number and complete delivery address you enter, including address lines, city, state, province or region, postal code where applicable, and country or territory. ERDI uses those details to create, reconcile and fulfill that order.
3. Why and how we use it
- respond to technical, quotation, sample and order inquiries;
- evaluate product fit, export/compliance needs and project readiness;
- manage customer, quotation, order and after-sales records in ERDI CRM;
- improve product information and website usability when analytics is allowed;
- protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain audit records.
Depending on the interaction and applicable law, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or ERDI's legitimate interest in serving business customers and securing its systems.
4. CRM analysis and AI assistance
ERDI CRM may use rules or AI assistance to classify an inquiry, estimate whether it matches ERDI's product scope and draft possible replies. This does not make a final solely automated decision about a person. A team member must review outreach, quotations, payment actions, compliance decisions and email before they are sent or approved.
5. Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice and a random session identifier. The payment page may also remember only product models and quantities in your cart; it does not store contact data, prices or payment credentials in local storage. Analytics events are not recorded until you select “Allow analytics.” You can reopen the fixed privacy control below at any time and switch back to essential-only use.
If you allow analytics again after withdrawing it, refresh the page when you are ready to enable heatmaps. Your current form will not be reloaded automatically.
Privacy changes stop heatmap recording when they are handled; requests already sent or in flight cannot be recalled.
If enabled by ERDI and you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity may provide heatmaps of public website interactions. Inquiry forms and customer account content are masked, and recording is not enabled on payment, cart, account or authentication pages. ERDI does not send your name, email, inquiry text or customer identifier to this tool. Microsoft processes this service under its own Privacy Statement.
Consented first-party usability measurements use a random visitor identifier for at most 90 days and an anonymous session that expires after 30 minutes without a measured interaction. Experiments compare approved presentation variants; they do not change product specifications, prices or contractual terms. Withdrawing analytics clears these identifiers and stops new measurements.
6. Sharing and payment processing
ERDI does not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized ERDI staff and service providers needed for hosting, security, business email, payment, delivery or legal/compliance work. If you use PayPal checkout, sensitive card and PayPal account credentials are entered and processed by PayPal under its own notices; ERDI does not receive your PayPal password, full card number or card security code. ERDI sends the delivery details you entered to PayPal and locks that address to the PayPal order for payment and shipping reconciliation. ERDI may share the recipient name, telephone number, complete delivery address and necessary order information with PayPal, DHL Express and, where necessary, customs brokers or clearance agents so they can process payment, transport, delivery and customs clearance.
7. Storage, international access and security
Website and CRM records are kept in an ERDI-controlled Hostinger environment with access controls, backups and audit logging. Global business operations can involve access or processing in another country. ERDI applies contractual, technical and organizational safeguards required by applicable law and minimizes what is shared. Direct-checkout contact and delivery details are stored in encrypted form within the payment audit record.
8. Retention
Inquiry and correspondence records are normally kept while a business relationship is active and for up to five years after the last substantive interaction. Contract, accounting, customs, export-control, dispute or security records may be kept longer when required by law or a documented business need. Data is then deleted or de-identified where practical.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, an explanation of processing, withdrawal of consent or objection to direct marketing. Email sales@erdicn.com. ERDI may request proportionate information to verify identity before acting. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available in your jurisdiction.
10. Minors and policy changes
This industrial B2B website is not directed to children, and ERDI does not knowingly collect children's personal information. Material policy changes will be shown here with a revised date and, when required, a renewed notice or consent.
This operational notice should be reviewed with qualified counsel for the jurisdictions and payment methods ERDI activates.
