MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Responds to laser designation commands and performs laser illumination using specified internal and external synchronization encoding modes.
- Automatic stop after one illumination cycle if no stop command is received.
- Supports laser code configuration.
- Performs laser rangefinding out to 10 km.
- Provides multi-target indication capability.
- Includes reverse polarity protection for the power supply.
- Records and reports the total number of emitted laser pulses.
Control function
1. Respond to laser emission commands, supporting laser emission in both internal synchronous and external synchronous encoding modes within specified ranges.
2. Automatically stop emission after one cycle if no stop command is received after starting.
3. Support laser encoding configuration function.
4. Realize laser distance measurement.
5. After enabling continuous ranging without receiving stop commands, automatic ranging stops after 5 minutes (1Hz) / 1 minute (5Hz).
6. Built-in reverse power polarity protection function.
7. Count and record the total number of emitted laser pulses.

Product Description
LDR40K1 40 mJ 1064 nm Laser Rangefinder / Target Designator Module
The LDR40K1 is a tactical-grade 1064 nm laser rangefinder and target designator designed for integration on airborne gimbals, vehicle turrets, and naval EO/IR platforms. It delivers ≥ 40 mJ pulse energy and high pointing stability, enabling precision target marking for laser-guided munitions and long-range surveillance.
Equipped with a diode-pumped laser head, the module provides reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range from −40 °C to +60 °C. The RS-422 digital interface allows full control over ranging and designation modes, including pulse frequency coding and status reporting. With its ruggedized mechanical design and sub-800 g weight, the LDR40K1 is the ideal choice for demanding defense and security applications where accuracy and SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power, and Cost) are critical.
