Can I modify my order after placing it?

Any changes to orders, including product specifications, must be approved by us in writing prior to the scheduled shipment date. Change requests should be submitted at least thirty (30) days in advance. Please note that changes may result in adjustments to prices and delivery dates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of any order requires our prior written approval, which we will grant at our sole discretion. If approved, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the cancellation, including raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods inventory.

Are your product prices fixed?

What is your delivery policy?

For domestic orders within China, payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. For international orders, payment must be made in full in CNY or US dollars via wire transfer or an irrevocable letter of credit issued by a bank.

Do you offer product warranties?

Yes, we take pride in the quality and stability of our products, which undergo rigorous testing before delivery. All our products come with a warranty. Stock products come with a 90-day warranty, while custom products are warranted to meet the written specifications provided by the customer.

What is your return policy?

If a product is defective or does not meet our stated specifications, please notify us within 30 days of the invoice date and return the goods within 60 days. Before returning a product, you must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION MATERIAL NUMBER (ERDI) from us.

What are your intellectual property rights?

All intellectual property rights worldwide conceived, developed, discovered, or reduced to practice by ERDI shall be the exclusive property of ERDI.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us, indicating that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at sales@erdicn.com.
