30-Day Trial Policy: Try any ERDI product for 30 days; if no man-made damage occurs, you may return it free of charge.
Two-Year Warranty: All products are covered for material and manufacturing defects. Within the first year, any defective unit will be replaced with a brand-new one.
Lifetime Maintenance: Continuous technical support and maintenance guidance are available throughout the product’s service life.
