It delivers ​≥70μJ pulse energy​ with ​4ns pulse width**​ at 500Hz repetition rate, featuring ≤0.4ms driver pulse width for rapid triggering and low latency.
Utilizing ​semiconductor packaging technology, the laser weighs 6g with a compact footprint of 17×8×7mm³, and operates across -40~65℃ for harsh-environment integration. Superior beam quality (M²=1.2±0.1) and ≤16mrad divergence in TEM₀₀ mode enable efficient long-range transmission. Designed as an infrared source for lightweight LiDAR sensors and rangefinders, it enhances detection accuracy and integration efficiency in autonomous driving, meteorological radar, and environmental monitoring systems.
