Orders can be placed through various channels, including mail, phone, fax, oremail. When placing an order, please provide your Purchase Order Numberand specify the catalog numbers or any special requirements. For phoneorders, a hard copy of the Purchase Order must be submitted forconfirmation.

Any changes to orders, including product specifications, must be approved byus in writing prior to the scheduled shipment date. Change requests shouldbe submitted at least thirty (30) days in advance. Please note that changesmay result in adjustments to prices and delivery dates.

Cancellation of any order requires our prior written approval, which we willgrant at our sole discretion. lf approved, you will be responsible for all costsassociated with the cancellation, including raw materials, work in progress,and finished goods inventory.

Our catalog prices are subject to change without notice. We will notify you five days in advance of any changes in product quotations. Please consult our sales staff for the latest prices.

We ensure proper packaging and ship orders using the selected method,unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order. An estimated delivery datewill be provided upon order acceptance.

For domestic orders within China, payment is due within 30 days from theinvoice date. For international orders, payment must be made in full in CNY orUS dollars via wire transfer or an irrevocable letter of credit issued by a bank.

Yes, we take pride in the quality and stability of our products. All products undergo strict testing before delivery. All products come with a warranty of over one year, lifetime technical service guarantee. For customized products, the warranty is provided according to the written specifications provided by the customer.

If a product is defective or does not meet our stated specifications, pleasenotify us within 30 days of the invoice date and return the goods within 60days. Before returning a product, you must obtain a RETURNAUTHORIZATION MATERIAL NUMBER (ERDl) from us.
