ERDI TECH's 1535nm erbium glass DPSS microchip laser adopts self-developed erbium glass slab gain medium (Er³⁺/Yb³⁺ co-doped phosphate glass) and combines passive Q-switching technology to achieve high-energy output with a single pulse energy of 8mJ. The wavelength precisely matches the Class 1 eye safety standard (1535nm is mainly absorbed by the cornea). It has a pulse width of ≤10ns, an adjustable repetition rate of 1–5Hz, energy stability with RMS ≤3%, and excellent beam quality (TEM00 mode, full-angle divergence ≤4mrad). Its ultra-compact package (110×40×24mm³, weight 220g) supports stable operation at a wide temperature range of -40℃~65℃ without TEC. Equipped with a built-in anti-shock design (1500G) and real-time pulse monitoring function, it is suitable for high-precision fields such as ultra-long-range detection (＞20km ranging), laser imaging, optical fiber communication, and medical surgery.
