DESCRIPTION

The LDR45 Laser Ranging Target Indicator is a high-precision optoelectronic device designed to measure distance information accurately by emitting a laser beam towards a specific target and calculating the laser's flight time. This advanced Laser Ranging Target Indicator features an RS422 communication interface, ensuring seamless connectivity and exceptional performance with user-friendly operations.

FUNCTIN

  • With laser ranging function;
  • Provide target laser irradiation;
  • Respond to the laser ranging command and can stop the ranging at any time according to the stop command;
  • During ranging, each pulse outputs distance data and status information;
  • Ranging has distance gating function;
  • If no stop command is received after starting continuous ranging, ranging will automatically stop after 5min (1Hz)/1min (5Hz);
  • Can set the illumination mode and encoding;
  • Response to the laser irradiation command, follow the set mode, code, and irradiation, and can stop irradiation at any time according to the stop command;
  • If no stop command is received after starting the irradiation, the irradiation will stop automatically after one cycle;
  • During laser irradiation, each pulse outputs a distance value and status information;
  • Power-on self-test and periodic self-test and output status information;
  • Respond to the startup self-test command and output status information;
  • Able to report the cumulative number of laser pulses; laser pulse counting function
  • First and last target ranging function.

  • Adjacent pulse energy fluctuation range: ≤8%;
  • Laser beam divergence angle: ≤0.4mrad;
  • Laser beam spatial pointing instability: ≤0.04mrad (1σ);
  • Laser irradiation frequency: can accurately encode 45ms ~ 56ms (check code 20Hz);
  • Laser pulse cycle accuracy: ≤±2.5μs;
  • Laser pulse width: 15ns±5ns;
  • Laser continuous irradiation time:

Short-cycle irradiation: continuous irradiation ≥20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and rest for 5 minutes after 8 cycles of continuous work;

Long-term irradiation: continuous irradiation ≥ 45 seconds, rest for 45 seconds, and rest for 30 minutes after 2 cycles of continuous work.

  • Ranging range: the minimum value is not greater than 300m, the maximum value is not less than 8km (15km visibility, moderate atmospheric turbulence, for a 2.3m×2.3m target, the target reflection coefficient is 0.3);
  • The normal temperature power-on preparation time is no more than 30s, and the low-temperature power-on preparation time is no more than 3 minutes;
  • Service life ≥ 2 million times;
  • Laser ranging accuracy: ≤±3m;
  • Accuracy rate: ≥98%;
  • Laser ranging frequency: single, 1Hz, 5Hz;
  • Laser continuous ranging time: the maximum continuous ranging time of the laser illumination device is not less than 60s (the interval between subsequent continuous ranging is not less than 60s);
  • Non-parallelism between the installation datum plane and the laser emission optical axis: ≤0.5mrad;
  • Flatness of installation reference surface: 0.01mm (design guarantee);
  • External markings (including product numbers) should be firmly fixed, clear, complete, and easily identifiable.
