LRF10K1A human eye safety laser rangefinder module is a precision optoelectronic product that calculates the distance information according to the laser flight time by launching laser to the target under test. The laser rangefinder module realizes communication through RS422 communication interface, with outstanding performance and simple operation.

1. Working band
The working range of the laser range finder range laser in the 1535nm±10nm band, the laser beam is invisible to the naked eye, in the human eye safety band.It is still recommended that when the range finder is working, avoid looking directly at the range finder laser, so as to avoid unnecessary personal injury.

2. Ranging ability
In the visibility ≥ 10Km, humidity ≤ 60% environment, 2.3m×4.6m standard target plate or equivalent target test, the laser range finder ranging ability can reach more than 10000m, and the accuracy rate is greater than 98%, which is the key index to judge the laser range finder ranging ability is qualified.Theoretical laser range finder range and visibility relationship.

The target reflectivity, measurement angle and other factors will affect the ranging ability. Usually the higher the target reflectivity, the better the ranging ability; the laser angle is more vertical to the measurement of the target reflective surface, the better the ranging ability. In practical applications, as far as possible to make the range finder laser vertical irradiation to the target surface, for the target of high reflectivity, such as traffic signs and other targets, the ability of the laser range finder can also be better. But for the target of diffuse reflection is difficult to form, such as water, laser range finder may not be accurate measurement (for water measurement needs, our company has relevant models to meet, please consult).

3. Ranging blind area
For the target within 50m, the laser range finder may not be accurately measured, which is its range blind area.It is not recommended that users test the target in the blind area of the range finder, because the laser range finder has strong echoes for the target in the blind area, which may lead to the decrease of the detector life or the decline of the ranging ability of the laser range finder, especially for the high reflectivity target test in the blind area, and even lead to permanent damage to the detector.Therefore, when the laser range finder is in the debugging and other close working conditions, please block the receiving lens.

4. Ranging accuracy
For the target of accuracy rate ≥98%, the average error of laser range finder accuracy can reach within 1m, such as: the actual distance of 1000m target, the laser range finder measurement value will be within 999m and 1001m.
